- Everyday, spend some time doing something that you really like.
- Do nothing for 10 minutes. Just nothing.
- Make a To Do list every morning.
- Read. Even if you read just one page, it’s OK.
- Talk to the ones who care for you.
- Help a needy.
- Feed animals.
- Observe a creature. Just like you, they are also a piece of life.
- Respect time.
- You don’t need to take this life too seriously. Remember that.
- Don’t hesitate in sharing your knowledge.
- Spend at least 15 minutes doing exercise.
- Sleep well.
- Wake up early. It’s worth the effort.
- Turn off the snooze button.
- Eat one serving of raw veggies.
- Eat one handful of nuts.
- Be sure that fruits are a part of your daily diet.
- Eat whole grains.
- Most importantly, never miss to smile.
